At Google, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit your Order History in the Google Store and select the item you wish to return to print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, power adapters, and manuals that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
